(The selected candidates will be given an initial training before they are exposed to the real time projects. The training will be class room training as well as on-line training. Following the initial training the candidates will be put on assignments. These assignments can be in the AITS, Bangalore Office, at client's office off-shore and within India. During the assignment the candidates will fetch some remuneration. After the assignment they will be placed with AITS, Bangalore clients.)
